Expertise
My research examines sustainability in the digital age — the legal and economic challenges that arise as AI-driven transformation and climate-related pressures reshape institutions simultaneously. Navigating this 'twin transition' requires new regulatory thinking across multiple domains. My work addresses this through four interconnected areas: the governance of AI systems, legal accountability for climate and sustainability, the regulation of emerging financial technologies, and the behavioral and institutional foundations of judicial decision-making. This research agenda combines empirical and experimental methods with legal analysis, and has been cited before the U.S. Supreme Court, the International Court of Justice, and by the European Commission
